Returns
We’re happy to offer returns within 45 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Online orders (including those placed in-store for delivery) should be initiated via our returns portal.
- In-store purchases can be returned directly to our Atlanta, GA store.
- In-store online orders paid for with cash must be returned directly to the Atlanta, GA store, where our team will process the refund.
If you return an item from an order that has an outstanding pre-order, the cost of the outstanding item(s) may be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Please allow up to 21 days for your returned parcel to reach us. We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed.
We don’t offer exchanges, but there’s no need to worry. Simply return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online, where you can see up to date stock and delivery information.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following are non-refundable:
- Swimwear, if the hygiene strips have been removed.
- Earrings, if the internal packaging seal has been broken.
- Face covering products, if the packaging has been opened.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
It can take up to 21 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as we will pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 7 - 10 business days from the date it was processed.
If you don’t hear from us within 21 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our friendly advisors will then see what they can do for you.
